All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

🏠 Pickup & Local Delivery
Pickup: Available by prior arrangement.

Local delivery (within radius):
Up to 30 km: free (minimum order value €200)
30–100 km: free (minimum order value €500)

🚚 Shipping within Germany (DHL – Standard)
Delivery time: 2–4 business days

Shipping costs by weight:
0.1–4.99 kg: €6.99
5–9.99 kg: €8.65
10–20 kg: €13.55
20.01–40 kg: €27.10
40.1–60 kg: €40.65

🌍 EU Countries (Standard International)
Delivery time: 2–8 business days

Shipping costs by order value:
Order value €0.00–€24.99 – €20.00
Order value from €25.00 – €9.90

🔄 Returns & Non-Delivery

Right of withdrawal: Details about your withdrawal rights and refunds can be found in our withdrawal policy.

Undeliverable shipments: If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or refusal of acceptance, we reserve the right to deduct the incurred shipping costs.

Transport damage: Please inspect the goods upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if any damage is found.
