Withdrawal and Refund Policy

📦 Returns and Exchanges (Private Customers / B2C only)

If you purchase from us as a private customer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

Return Conditions:

  • The goods must be unused, unopened, and undamaged.
  • Returns are possible within 14 calendar days of receiving the delivery.
  • Food products, opened packages, and custom-made items are excluded from return.
  • The customer bears the return shipping costs, unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.

How to return:

  1. Send us a return request by e-mail: bobabit.eu@gmail.com.
  2. We will confirm your request and send you the return instructions.
  3. After receiving and checking the goods, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

Returns are excluded for:

  • Food products (e.g. Bubble Tea ingredients) if the packaging has been opened.
  • Custom-made or made-to-order items.
  • Business customers (B2B), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

💸 Refund

After receiving and inspecting the return, we will notify you by e-mail. The refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Refund processing time:
Up to 14 business days after receipt of the return.
