Terms of Withdrawal

These Terms of Withdrawal regulate the process of order cancellation and refund for customers purchasing ingredients for Bubble tea, such as juice balls, syrups, and toppings through our website.

Order Cancellation

1. Conditions for Order Cancellation:
   • The customer has the right to cancel the order before the start of production. Once production has begun, order cancellation is no longer possible.

Refund

2. Refund Process:
   • In the event of order cancellation before the start of production, a refund will be issued within 3 banking days after receiving the cancellation request.
   • The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the order.

Exceptions and Special Conditions

3. Exceptions:
   • Returns of goods are not possible as all products are manufactured according to individual customer orders and delivered after full payment. This applies to all types of products: juice balls, syrups, and toppings.
